Living with an artist must be difficult. A year or two past, I received a small commission for a drawing of three flies… three specific flies. Of course, I messed it up and rendered the wrong flies. Poor Lisa. But in my defense, it was only one wrong fly. Still, it meant wasted time and pushing other projects back to accommodate the commission, which I believe was a Christmas gift.
Wouldn’t you know it… I whiffed on the second attempt as well! All I could do was laugh out loud while Lisa softly wept.
